We have dreamed of a country lifestyle for our entire lives. We weren't born into the lifestyle and it has taken years of hard work and planning to get our little piece of heaven in the rolling hills of upstate South Carolina. We are creating a healthy and happy environment for our animals everyday as well as a great place for our children and grandchildren. Our hands on approach gives us the ability to attend to our animals every need so they will enjoy stress free happy lives.
Our cattle are mini Herefords, which gives us a smaller cut in steaks and roasts that a lot of our customers appreciate. Not everyone needs a 2 lb steak and the smaller size brings down the cost as well. Mini's are also easier on the land and fences and process grass very efficiently. Due to their smaller size we are able to handle them with much less stress to them and us. Our animals are given everything they need to be happy and healthy so that you can reap the benefits of tasty antibiotic, hormone and grain free meat.
